Advising and representing artists and producers in diverse media, including film, music, fine arts and graphics, literature, and theater in areas concerning copyright and trademarks, operating agreements, licensing, registrations, and contracts. Other civil practice in the areas of real estate, contracts, probates, guardianships, conservatorships, injunctive relief, estate planning, and mediation. Trial experience: lead counsel for federal and state criminal litigation and appeals since 1989.

Jon Young is an Arizona State Board Certified Criminal Lawyer. His primary focus is death penalty appeals and federal criminal litigation. He has practiced law in Arizona since 1989, starting as a Deputy Pima County Attorney until 1993, when he entered private practice. Jon recieved his J.D. from UCLA in 1988.
